Warranty

Your satisfaction and peace of mind are of utmost importance to us. To ensure this, we proudly offer a comprehensive warranty policy for all our products. Here's what you can expect:


1. 30-Day Money Back Warranty: From the date of shipment, you have a full 30 days to evaluate your purchase. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with the item, you can return it within this period for a full refund.


2. New and Used Items - 2-Year Replacement Warranty: For both new and used items, we provide a 2-year replacement warranty. This means that if the product experiences any defects or malfunctions within the specified 2-year period, we will replace it with a similar new item or a used item, depending on availability.


3. Obsolete (New) Item Replacement: In the case of Obsolete (New) items, which have been discontinued by the manufacturer but are new in original packing, we strive to ensure that you still receive a suitable replacement. Depending on availability, we may replace the Obsolete (New) item with a similar new item, a new surplus item, or a used item - all to make sure you get a product that meets your needs.


Our warranty policy underscores our commitment to providing top-notch products and services, giving you the confidence to shop with us worry-free. Quality

Our utmost satisfaction lies in the superior quality of our products. We have categorized our offerings into four distinct groups:


1. New: All products falling under this category are packaged in their original manufacturer's packaging, ensuring pristine condition.


2. New Surplus: These items are also brand new, but they do not come with their original packaging. Nevertheless, they have never been used before.


3. Used: This category comprises items that have been previously in service. Before shipping, each used item undergoes rigorous testing to ensure it functions flawlessly.


4. Obsolete (New): These items have been discontinued by the manufacturer. Despite their new status and original packaging, the outer packaging may show signs of damage. Rest assured, we repackage these items securely, enclosing the original packaging within the new packaging for optimal protection. 

​Shipment

For orders placed before 12:00 PM EST, we guarantee same-day shipping for all in-stock items (excluding heavy items that require freight shipping). Our standard shipping method is FedEx Ground, which ensures reliable and timely delivery.


If you need your order to arrive even faster, we offer express shipping options at an additional charge. This allows you to expedite the delivery and receive your items as quickly as possible.


Please note that the exception for heavy items requiring freight shipping means that such items may have a different shipping timeline due to their weight and size. However, for all other regular in-stock items, our commitment is to ship them out on the same day for orders placed before the designated cutoff time.
